Yesterday it was nicer and bigger waves with some double
overhead outside sets, Zonte was still holding the size.
Today it was a bit smaller but a lot of fun - [Rodrigo]

Last week we had a nice swell and we had the Quicsilver
boat in the country with Tom Carroll giving us some
surfing class lessons. This week we expect a nice double
overhead swell that is already here.

The surf this morning at La Paz was pretty good, waist
to chest high sets coming in, with two surfers catching
them. It started off glassy, but by around 9am
a little ripple started up, and by 9:30 it was turning
a bit bumpy. Low tide was at 9:12, .1m, and there
were few clouds.

Wedneday
, 27 August 2003
The low tide this morning at 8:30 (.25m) found no wind
or surfers at La Paz to greet it. The sun was
out though, and the sets were about knee to waist high
and fairly consistent. The breeze started to pick
up around 9, but only a ripple.

The waves have shrunk back down to normal, with waist
high sets rolling in. Low tide at 7:30 this morning
was glassy and small. It was a clear morning,
with a surfer and one boogie-boarder catching the waves.

A little swell has come in this morning. At Laz
Paz at low tide this morning, 7am, sets were rolling
in consistently at chest to head high heights.
There was one surfer in the water (me), and a boogie
boarder made his way out around 8am. It started
off glassy, but then a slight ripple came across the
water. Punta Roca was a little more inhabited,
with about four or five surfers out. Definitely
a good day for surf in El Salvador.

The swell started off small this morning and glassy,
but then around 10am it picked up, along with the wind.-[Jon]

Chest to head high waves at Sunzal and Punta Roca was
not working at all early morning. Sunzal had incoming
tide for the early morning session with 6 people in
the water and nice long lines conected all the way to
a nice hollow inside. At 10am the swell seemed to start
growing with awesome overhead waves at Punta Roca and
still glassy untill afternoon.
