Casa
de Mar is a new hotel opened in September
of 2004 and is located directly ON the point at Sunzal.
There are a total of 11 suites individually
designed to each have its own personalized interior
design and feel. All rooms have huge a/c units, hot
water, private deck to each room, living room, dining
room, and private bathroom. The resort has a swimming
pool, restaurant, computer w/internet access
in office, direct beach access to Sunzal, 24/7
security and water sports rental (Kayaks and Surfboards).
All suites are non-smoking. The resort boasts an excellent
restaurant "Cafe Sunzal" serving the freshest
seafood and contemporary fare.
The
Casa de Mar Resort has the following inventory

35% High season price supplement exists for the first
week of August (Salvadorian holidays), December 15-January
15, and Easter week.
